Meet Ajhamae

On September 14, 2017, my life took a turn I never anticipated. That day marked the beginning of a journey that would reshape my understanding of strength, resilience, and self-care.​In the aftermath, I found solace and purpose in Spartan training. It became my anchor during turbulent times, offering me a tangible goal to strive toward and a community that uplifted me. ​

This experience ignited a passion within me to empower others facing their own challenges. It led me to pursue a degree in Exercise Science at Southern Utah University, where I had the honor of serving as the student commencement speaker in 2021. ​

Now, as a certified fitness coach, I'm dedicated to sharing the lessons I've learned. Through personalized coaching and mindful movement, I aim to help others discover their inner strength and navigate their unique paths to wellness.

What Makes the body bakery Unique?

The Body Bakery is SO intuitive! The workouts are simple, yet INSANELY effective! They fit into my busy life as a mom who works part time. I feel so empowered by The Body Bakery and the Knead to Nourish lessons. Fitness is not a one size fits all deal, and  The Body Bakery accounts for that. I have absolutely loved ' The Body Bakery' with Ajhamae! I'm beginning my fitness journey and as a mom to a little one, she has made it so manageable to workout at home with her 'One Ingredient: Dumbbell' program. I can bust out a workout in a half hour and feel accomplished. What I have loved about  this particular program is that she pushes you the perfect amount. The workouts are hard but they aren't so hard that I feel like I can't complete them. Overall I give her 5 stars and I'm excited to see what she comes out with next!
